HB Reavis Group is a leader in the Slovak real estate market. The company was established in 1993 as a real estate agency. The company entered the development business in the mid-1990s by building its first office complex in Slovakia - Bratislava Business Center (BBC I). Many successful projects that followed made it a leader in domestic development.
HB Reavis Group has completed the following commercial projects: BBC I-IV, Apollo Business Center I, City Business Center I-II and office buildings in Logistics Center Bratislava - Rača. Two projects are currently under construction, namely Aupark Tower and Apollo Business Center II, which is currently the largest business complex in Central and Eastern Europe. After their completion in 2008, with more than 230,000 m2 of rental space, HB Reavis Group will become the dominant player in this segment of the Slovak development field. Beginning in January 2006 Apollo Business Center became registered in the German market of closed share funds. The fund is managed by Hannover Leasing, a company with a long history in European financial and investment markets.
